Orders –
Please request an invoice with the products you would like to purchase. Before making a payment please ensure that all details incl engraving is correctly specified on the invoice. Use invoice number as a reference when making a payment.

Please settle your invoice within 2days.
Lead time on all orders are 15-21 working days. Depending on the nature of the order.
Rush orders | Custom orders may come with additional costs
Engraving adds to your lead time – please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Leather is a natural product and may contain markings. This is part of the animal’s life story and gives the character of your unique product.

If you do not specify the colour of the product we will use our own discretion.
Products are made to order only.
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that custom measurements are correct when placing the order.

Matt & Milly strives to ensure that every customer is beyond happy. Feedback is always appreciated.

No consignment stock options / unless arranged otherwise.

Wholesale prices will be determined on the amount of stock ordered.

No Exchanges or Refunds. Disputes must be sent via a written message within 24hrs of receiving the item.

Courier | Collections:
Courier fees are for customers’ own account. The Courier Guy and Aramex is used as a courier service. There is no delivery option available.

Please specify if you would like to take out insurance on your parcels. We accept no liability for items getting lost by the courier company.
Collections are strictly by appointment – Please ensure to be on time.
